Subgrantee Agreement (Complete and return two originals) Updated 10/4/2010 Environmental and Historic Preservation (EHP) Review Note: EHP Review must be completed prior to initiating any project that requires a review. The completion of
the EHP Review is only required if you received a notification in your award information. The notification, if
you received it, delineated the level of review required for your project. If you did not receive notification,
