The completion of the EHP Review is only required if you received an additional letter in your award packet. The additional letter, if you received one, delineated the level of review required for your project. If you did not receive the additional letter you do not have to complete the Review.
Level B EHP Review:
Projects with no potential for environmental impacts if certain conditions apply. Note: If your project requires a Level C review Federal DHS will require additional information that will be coordinated through AZDOHS.
Examples Include: Physical security enhancements Equipment installation (structures less than 50 yrs old)
