| The completion of the EHP Review is only required if you received an additional letter in your award packet. The additional letter, if you received one, delineated the level of review required for your project. If you did not receive the additional letter you do not have to complete the Review. |

Level B EHP Review:

Projects with no potential for environmental impacts if certain conditions apply.
Examples Include:
Physical security enhancements
Equipment installation (structures less than 50 yrs old)

Level C EHP Review:

Projects that may have the potential for environmental impacts.
Examples Include:
Modification of Buildings and Structures 50 + Years Old
New Construction
Communication Towers
Due to the high level of detail and documentation required for a Level C review, the approval process may be lengthy. Additional analysis and documentation such as Environmental Assessments (EAs), Biological Assessments (BAs), or Memoranda of Agreement (MOAs) may be required to adequately address the impacts in compliance with applicable EHP laws and regulations.
