The Executive Oversight Committee of the Arizona Counter-Terrorism Information Center (ACTIC). It was established in 2005.
One of the most serious challenges affecting homeland security is the timely exchange of intelligence and critical information among state, local and federal public safety agencies. ACTIC was established to provide a real-time information link between local, tribal, state and federal law enforcement and first responder agencies.
The ACTIC Oversight Committee, chaired by the Governor, provides oversight of ACTIC and ensures that ACTIC is operating efficiently and is achieving its responsibilities. |
